A little bit about us at the Villa Bar, Restaurant and Accommodation in Waterville

We are Fiona and Dan Fitzpatrick and we took over The Villa in April 2022 (April fools Day to be precise!).  Proprietors of An Corcan which has now expanded down to the Restaurant in The Villa which is now named An Corcan Eile.

Both of us have long histories in the hospitality industry with Fiona in An Corcan and Dan with Golf Tours. An Corcan was built up over the last 25 years as a restaurant with home baking, outside catering, catering to bus tours and take away service.

Taking on The Villa is a new venture for both of us and we are looking forward to carrying on everything from An Corcan and more.
